I’m sorry to break the news to you, but looking your best at all times just isn’t possible. That’s why its called looking your best!

However, with a few simple habits and life practices, you can be sure that you will always look beautiful to those around you, both on the outside and the inside, in your own unique way.

7 Habits Of Women Who Always Look Beautiful

Getting enough sleep is essential if you want to reduce the appearance of ageing.  Lack of sleep not only makes you irritable and sloppy, it causes your skin, hair and nails to appear dull and brittle.

Regular lack of sleep can also cause irregularities in your hormones, which can lead to serious weight loss or weight gain.

To ensure you always look and feel your best, make sure you’re getting a minimum of 7-8 hours of sleep every night in a cold, dark room.

Staying hydrated is essential for keeping healthy skin, hair and nails.  Hair and nail growth is accelerated when we drink lots of water, and it also keeps our skin from going wrinkly and saggy.

Drinking water can also benefit the body in other ways by improving performance and energy levels, and reducing fatigue, all factors which will improve our appearance on the outside.

Confidence is arguably the most important factor when it comes to looking your best. A woman who holds herself with grace and confidence is always noticed by everybody and in a good way.

Most people aren’t naturally confident, and personal insecurities can get in the way of feeling our best.  Try to focus on the things that you do love about yourself, and accentuate those features.

You can also improve your confidence by wearing clothes that fit you really well and show off your figure in the best way.

Beyond that, I believe that when it comes to confidence, it’s entirely possible to fake it till you make it.  Surround yourself with people who make you laugh and have fun with you, try to go outside your comfort zone by trying new experiences, and always look for the positive in every situation. Before you know it, you will notice over time, that your confidence will grow, brick by brick.

Always treat others as you would wish to be treated – even if they aren’t kind for you.  Leave any feelings of resentment, jealousy and anger at the door – it’s really not a good look!

Always be looking for ways that you can help other people, and make their day just that tiny bit better.

Being kind to others not only improves the lives of those you offer a hand to, but it’ll also make you feel great that you are lending your support to people who need it. People always remember an act of kindness and will look upon you fondly and with warmth in their heart if you become known as that person who is always good to others.

It’s so much more important than most people realize that we all get our “me time”. Even if you are in a relationship, or you’re a parent, make sure that you take some time each week to yourself and do something that you enjoy or that will help you to de-stress in some way.

Whether it’s meeting up with a friend for a coffee, attending a yoga class, or simply taking a quiet, uninterrupted bath and reading your book for an hour or so.

Alone time is crucial time that allows you to collect your thoughts, reflect on how your life is going at the moment and see if there are ways that you can change for the better. It’s also a chance to come up with new ideas and goals that you might like to focus on going forward.

Spending time with friends is also very important, as it’s time that you can be you, rather than just filling the wife, husband, employee, parent role that can completely overtake everything. If you’re not careful, you can start to feel like your sense of identity has slipped away.

The bad days are actually a great thing!

Hear me out: bad days open our eyes to areas of our life that we need to change.

If you had a particularly bad day at work, it might be exactly what you need in order to realize that this career isn’t for you.

If you and your other half had yet another huge argument over something that feels unimportant to you, it might be a wake-up call that you’re not suited to each other.

Whatever the case may be, ask yourself why it was a bad day and if you were to change your circumstances, would that fix the issue?

Bad days happen to every single person on earth – so don’t think that you’re alone or you’ve done something to deserve bad luck.  Sometimes a bad day is exactly what we need in order to open our eyes to the fact that something needs to change.

Keeping inspired is one of the most important factors in leading a happy and successful life.  Being inspired, usually means that you reflect an air of passion and enthusiasm, which is very contagious to others and makes people love being around you.

Just think of a person in your own life, who is always full of inspiration, is optimistic about the future and is constantly full of ideas for new projects, business opportunities and ways they can help others – I bet you’re now picturing that person with a feeling of admiration in your heart?

Always have something to be excited about.

If you don’t at the moment, then take some time to think about how you can use your knowledge, talents and resources to help others, build a business, or both at the same time. Before you know it you will be full of inspiration to tell your pals all about your new idea!
